I've what seems like precisely the same rash as in your picture. I get it on my shins just over my ankles. Have you attempted OTC cortisone product? I use it immediately after showering and it does take the itch absent.The rash could be delicate or significant but just isn't generally agonizing. It may be itchy if it is much more just like a rash t
